Crazy English

Let’s face it: English is a crazy language. There is no egg in eggplant or ham in hamburger, neither apple nor pine in pineapple

English muffins were not invented in England or french fries in France. Sweetmeats are candies, while sweetbreads, which aren’t sweet, are meat

We take English for granted. But if we explore its paradoxes, we find that quicksand can work slowly, boxing rings ...

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Speak not ... about a true love

that makes my heart fly high above ..

that washes every night my cheeks with tears

that colors my life with pink dreams and dark fears

such love ...is beyond me , more than I can bear ..

but my words impart innocent emotions

of a heart that sinks in the oceans ..

a little imaginative love grew silently

as the stars shine nightly ..

Headache Triggers:

Your Boss

Yes, your boss really can give you a headache. Anything that boosts your stress level can make you more vulnerable to tension headaches or migraines. Tension headaches are thought to be caused by a heightened sensitivity of nerve pathways in the brain that relay pain. Migraines come from changes within the brain itself. Dealing with "clamshell" or "oyster" packaging (the rigid, sealed plastic that lots of electronics come in) can be a real nightmare. In fact, the term "wrap rage" was coined to describe the anger and frustration that inevitably arises when trying to pry the ubiquitous packaging open.

Thousands of people end up in emergency rooms each year with lacerations and puncture wounds from battling with the nearly impossible-to-open ...

hi GIRLS

I have a seggustion and wish that you like it

why did you chose a black style for the forum

It would be more beautiful and livly if you change it to another brighter color such as pink, green or purple.

black is not a comfortable color for the eye specially when you read something long.

I can help you with that if you like it or just forget about it if you don't.
