1st day lunch: chicken with carry

Yesterday was a special day. It was my first time to make a respectable meal for my

husband. However, it was not entirely my own work of art. My aunt helped me in

choosing & making it. She also gave me advice about how to work around my kitchen

effectively. The meal was simple. You just need boneless chicken breasts, tomatoes,

onion, oil, carry & potatoes. After defrosting your chicken, cut it into small cubes. On the

oven, heat the onion with the oil. Bring another pan to fry your cube-cut potatoes. Also,

cut your tomatoes into cubes. Throw your chicken over the onion. Let it cook very well.

Then throw your tomatoes & fried potatoes over them & let them cook under low heat

for about 20 min. or so. Don't forget to add the carry while doing this according to your

preference. You can eat it with rice or bread.
